menu no.1
Salad was incredibly crisp, earthy and delicious! Warning, this is on the bitter side but the sweet honey dressing balances it quite nicely! Husband on the other hand wasn't quite so thrilled at the horseradishy taste of the watercress. Whatever. I LIKED it. The soup was hearty and delicious - perfect to eat on a chilly winter night. Dessert, omg...DROOOL! Husband never tried greek yogurt before and let's just say, he licked his bowl clean =). Email me for a pdf recipe.

Hi Sarah! I just had this EXACT dessert for dinner last night -- down to the 2% Fage ;) Delish!
ReplyDeleteAnother similar but different version that I love is a really fresh ricotta cheese (esp. if you have access to an Italian market!) and a dollop of fig jam. :8)
Keep up the great work!
